Playing Smart — Know Your Limits
At jt999, we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial burden or a source of distress. Whether you enjoy cricket betting during BPL season, spinning the reels on your favourite slots, or playing live casino games like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, jt999 provides practical tools and clear guidance to help you stay in control of your gaming activity at all times.

Responsible Gaming Tools in Detail
jt999 gives every registered player in Bangladesh direct access to the following tools from within their account settings. Using these tools is free, instant, and confidential.
- Deposit Limit Control Log in to your account, navigate to the limits section, and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum জমা amount. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the change is applied.
- Session Time-Out Choose a cool-down period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in or place any bets. The time-out ends automatically unless you contact support to extend it.
- Self-Exclusion Program Request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. Once confirmed, your account is fully suspended and you will be removed from all promotional communications. This action is irreversible for the chosen duration.
- Reality Check Reminders Enable session-length pop-up alerts from your account preferences. When your chosen time is reached, a reminder appears on-screen showing exactly how long you have been playing, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to continue.
Signs You May Need a Break
Gambling is meant to be a source of fun, not stress. If you recognise any of the following warning signs, it may be time to step back, use one of our responsible gaming tools, or speak to a professional: spending more money than you can afford to lose; borrowing money to fund your gambling; neglecting work, family, or daily responsibilities because of gambling time; feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling; chasing losses by increasing bet sizes; lying to friends or family about how much you gamble.
Remember: it is always okay to pause and reflect. jt999 supports you in making choices that protect your financial health and personal wellbeing. Gambling should add to your life, never take away from it.
jt999 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and problem gambling. Any player identified as being under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated and all funds returned. We also cooperate fully with any guardian or family member who reports concern about a player's gambling behaviour. The integrity and safety of our platform depends on every player gaming responsibly.
